Excel at managing Salesforce CRM, including configuration, development, and client communication; known for expert customization and advisory on the Salesforce platform, utilizing Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) to optimize and enhance cloud-based applications Sales cloud, Service Cloud, Experience cloud and CPQ. Experience in business process solutioning including requirement breakdown, estimation, proposal and SOW generation, related business communication, and presentations. Developing estimates for various requirements and contributing to proposal creation. Detailing requirements, deviation analysis, design, and breaking down requirements for technical implementation. Collaborating with the DevOps Team to create deployment pipelines and automate deployment processes. Conducting pull request (PR) and code reviews and providing approvals. Reviewing requirement implementations to ensure adherence to best practices. Delivering solutions and making decisions for functional and non-functional scenarios, addressing issues, and resolving technical glitches during development, ensuring deliverables meet timelines. Facilitating daily stand-up calls, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospective meetings. Monitoring progress, addressing blockers, managing risks, and resolving conflicts.
