Strong understanding of Jira workflows, issue types, custom fields, and permissions. Hands-on experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Jira Core. Knowledge of JQL (Jira Query Language) for creating custom filters and reports. Familiarity with common Jira add-ons and integrations (e.g., Zephyr, Tempo, ScriptRunner, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in Jira. Experience with Jira Cloud or Jira Server (Data Center). Ability to manage system performance, upgrades, and backups. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the associated Jira configurations. Strong communication skills and ability to provide end-user support and training. Preferred Qualifications: Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator certification or equivalent. Experience with Confluence and other Atlassian suite tools. Familiarity with DevOps tools like Bitbucket, Git, or Jenkins. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Groovy) to automate Jira tasks. Familiarity with ITSM principles and Jira Service Management. Experience with cloud-based tools, particularly Jira Cloud.
