Job Title: Salesforce Senior Tester Location: Lisle, IL (3 days onsite mandatory, 2 days remote Experience Level: 8+ years testing experience in Sales Force Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Tester with Tosca experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing Salesforce applications, ensuring high-quality standards through functional, automation, and integration testing. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver seamless Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Salesforce applications. Conduct manual and automated testing on Salesforce configurations, customizations, Lightning components, and integrations. Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure quality and performance. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Tosca. Execute API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or SOAP UI. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through data migration and validation testing using Data Loader, MuleSoft, or Informatica. Work with developers to identify, report, and track defects using tools like Qtest. Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Tosca). Conduct performance and security testing to ensure the system meets compliance and security standards. Mentor and guide junior testers on Salesforce testing methodologies and automation best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in Salesforce testing. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL. Expertise in test automation tools (Tosca). Experience with API testing and tools like Postman, REST Assured. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Salesforce integration testing with third-party applications. Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or Neo Load (Desirable) Experience with Cloud-based testing environments.
