Oversee risk assessments, disaster recovery (DR) planning and testing, privacy compliance, regulatory audit support, and SLA/SLO management. Act as the primary liaison with Customer stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, effective escalation management, and continuous improvement of processes. Key Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance. Proven program management and stakeholder engagement skills. In depth knowledge of frameworks such as NIST, SOX, DFARS, CSSM, and IPSM.
