Contract: 12 months that could get extended or possibly convert to direct hire Location: Irving (75063); 5 days a week onsite As a Product Manager on the Back Office team, you will play a key role in maximizing store profitability through hyper-local assortment recommendations. You will define product strategy, develop, launch, and optimize products and services that propel our business forward. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the success of these initiatives. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with a strong passion for user experience and a commitment to building impactful, meaningful solutions. Cultivate a deep understanding of our stores, fostering empathy to identify challenges and develop effective solutions. Gather and analyze insights from stakeholders, market research, customer feedback, usability testing, and UAT to ensure we design the right solutions. Collaborate closely with software engineers to ensure seamless product launches and timely releases. Provide innovative recommendations to expand the product portfolio, refine the vision, and establish methods to track product usage and user impact. Create and review product requirement documents, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed specifications for new features and enhancements. Develop a learning plan to measure and evaluate feature success. Exhibit strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to foster collaboration. Take initiative, build trust within teams, and inspire excitement about the challenges ahead.
