We have an immediate opening for the below position with one of our premium clients Job Title: Agile Champion / Scrum Master Location: NYC Onsite Duration: Long-Term Contract Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives). Drive SAFe Agile best practices, ensuring teams adhere to Agile principles. Lead Program Increment (PI) Planning and coordinate across Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Guide teams in Agile adoption, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Track and manage Agile workflows using JIRA and other Agile tools. Remove impediments and ensure the team remains focused on deliverables. Work closely with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and Development Teams. Provide Agile coaching to team members and leadership. Monitor Agile metrics and report team performance to stakeholders.
