Coaching team members in Agile framework Co-ordinate different agile ceremonies and multiple cross functional teams Resolve conflicts and enable on time delivery with quality Excellent communication and team player Domain knowledge in banking and risk management is a plus Certifications: Agile or Scrum Master certification is preferred. Skill Requirements 1. Proficient in agile methodologies and experienced in acting as a scrum master. 2. Solid understanding of project management and change management principles. 3.
