Position: AI/ML Lead/Architect Location: Bay Area, CA (Hybrid)/Remote Duration: Long Term Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage MLOps pipelines on Google Cloud to support large-scale production applications. Deploy, monitor, and optimize machine learning models using Google Vertex AI, Dialogflow, and Google Cloud Run. Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform for scalable and automated deployments. Ensure CI/CD integration, model versioning, and efficient model retraining strategies. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps teams to streamline ML workflows. Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure production stability. Required Skills & Experience: 12-15 years of overall experience in MLOps, Machine Learning, or DevOps. Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud (GCP), Google Vertex AI, and Dialogflow. Proficiency in Google Cloud Run for deploying ML models as scalable services. Experience with Terraform for managing cloud infrastructure. Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and cloud automation. Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks. Ability to work hands-on while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Job Title: Finance BSA Location: Remote Duration : 6-9 Months Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to oversee Partner Compensation within the Accounting & Finance team. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end partner payout processes, ensuring accurate calculations, compliance with financial policies, and seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Compliance. Key Responsibilities: Compensation Processing: Manage and execute partner compensation calculations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual agreements. Financial Reconciliation: Collaborate with Accounting teams to validate payouts, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure timely payments. Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with financial policies, SOX controls, and regulatory requirements related to partner incentives. Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate reports on partner earnings, trends, and accruals for Finance and Leadership teams. Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in partner compensation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Operations, Finance, and IT teams to improve data flow and resolve compensation-related queries. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. 5+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Accounting, or Financial Operations, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. Strong proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (Oracle, SAP), and compensation tools (Xactly, Varicent, or CallidusCloud). Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Experience working with large data sets and financial reconciliations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: Experience in managing partner compensation models in subscription or channel-based businesses. Knowledge of GAAP, revenue recognition, and SOX compliance.
