Develop technical designs and system integration strategies, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards (e.g., File, API, KAFKA Messaging). Oversee end-to-end configuration, customization, and optimization of SAP BRIM modules, specifically CI (Convergent Invoicing) and FICA (Finance and Contract Accounting). Ensure seamless integration of SAP BRIM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP CI, FICA, CM, CPI, Fiori apps) and third-party systems. Identify functional and technical gaps early in the project lifecycle and provide optimal solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure high-quality deliverables. Provide thought leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior team members and stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP BRIM technologies and provide innovative designs and solutions. Competencies: Digital: SAP Fiori Digital: SAP BRIM - Convergent Invoicing & Financial Customer Care Business Domain: Telecom Digital: SAP Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for HANA Utilities: SAP FICA Experience: 8-10 years of experience in SAP BRIM, with strong hands-on experience in SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) and SAP FICA. Essential Skills: Hands-on experience as an SAP BRIM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Convergent Invoicing (CI) and FICA modules. Deep understanding of the SAP BRIM (Billing & Revenue Innovation Management) suite, particularly in billing, invoicing, payment processing, and revenue management. Strong experience in SAP FICA (Finance & Contract Accounting) and CI (Convergent Invoicing) modules, including all configurations necessary for loading billing/invoice details from external billers. Expertise in processing payments, refunds, and adjustments through various channels, such as API, File, and Fiori interfaces. In-depth knowledge of SAP Master Data and Collection Processes is an additional advantage. Experience implementing SAP BRIM solutions in the Telecom domain. Strong understanding of integration strategies between SAP BRIM and other systems (e.g., SAP CI, FICA, CM, CPI, Fiori apps). Desirable Skills: Certification in SAP BRIM. Knowledge of advanced SAP ABAP for HANA for customization and development. Experience with Kafka Messaging or other messaging protocols for integration. Familiarity with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and Fiori apps. Additional Qualifications: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
