BUSINESS ANALYST Location : Whitehouse Station-NJ ( Hybrid- Day one onsite) Job summary : We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance products and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Sr. Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and ensuring successful implementation to drive business growth and efficiency. Required Skills : ,Insurance Products Responsibilities : - Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for insurance products - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs and requirements - Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and workflows - Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and increase efficiency - Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions - Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements - Perform user acceptance testing to validate the functionality of new systems and enhancements - Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives - Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes - Lead cross-functional teams to drive project success and ensure timely delivery of solutions - Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business analysis processes - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all business analysis activities Qualifications - - Possess a strong understanding of insurance products and industry practices - Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Demonstrate proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques - Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills - Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model - Have experience with user acceptance testing and quality assurance processes - Display a keen attention to detail and accuracy - Be capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously - Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development - Have a proven track record of successfully delivering business analysis projects - Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team - Possess strong organizational and time management skills - Have a solid understanding of regulatory requirements in the insurance industry.
