Perform regular system maintenance to ensure optimal performance and functionality. Risk Assessment Development : Design risk assessment frameworks within the Archer platform. Identify key risk indicators (KRIs) and facilitate risk scoring within the platform. Compliance Management : Map regulatory requirements to Archer functionalities. Track compliance activities and generate reports to ensure compliance adherence. Incident Management : Manage the incident reporting, investigation, and remediation process within the Archer system. Data Analysis and Reporting : Extract data from Archer to generate reports on key risk metrics. Identify trends, anomalies, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. User Training and Support : Provide training to end-users on how to navigate and effectively use the Archer platform. Offer ongoing user support and troubleshooting. System Integration : Integrate Archer with other DTCC systems to ensure data consistency and streamline workflows. Skills and Qualifications : Expertise in RSA Archer platform administration and configuration. Strong understanding of risk management principles and regulatory compliance requirements within the financial services industry. Proven ability to design and implement risk assessments and integrate them into Archer. Experience with incident management and the ability to effectively manage incident reporting and remediation. Data analysis and reporting skills, with experience extracting, interpreting, and presenting risk data from Archer. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with different stakeholders. Project management experience to lead or assist in the implementation of new Archer features or updates. Competencies : RSA Archer Engage Risk Management Regulatory Compliance Incident Management Data Analysis & Reporting Experience : 6-8 years of experience working with RSA Archer. Essential Skills : Expertise in RSA Archer platform configuration, including setting up workflows, user access, and custom data fields. Experience with risk assessment development and creating frameworks for risk scoring. Strong understanding of compliance management within the Archer platform and its regulatory applications. Proven ability to manage incident reporting, investigation, and remediation. Solid background in data analysis and generating risk reports from Archer. Ability to provide user training and support on Archer platform functionalities. Knowledge of system integration between Archer and other DTCC systems. Desirable Skills : Experience with advanced RSA Archer features such as integrations and reporting tools. Familiarity with automating processes and workflows within Archer.
