Good to have: Data Analytics (Tableau), ITOM Modules. Experience level : Senior Level, 7- 15 years of experience in ServiceNow Desired profile: Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, components, and modules. Expertise in health and safety module in servicenow. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Javascript, Glidescript). Experience with ServiceNow development, including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, and ACLs. Expert knowledge and expertise of integration techniques such as REST, SOAP, and JDBC. Experience with integration tools like mid server and integration hub. Ability to design and implement complex integrations with other systems. Understanding of CMDB (configuration management database) and CSDM (common service data model). Experience with ITOM (it operations management) modules like discovery, event management, service mapping, and orchestration. Experience in building custom applications using ServiceNows application platform. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Angularjs for service portal and ui customization. Knowledge of performance tuning, optimization, and best practices for scalable solutions. Ability to align ServiceNow solutions with business goals and it strategy. Experience in creating roadmaps, governance frameworks, and best practices.
