Please find the detailed job description and please do let me know if you are interested in this opening: Title: Business Analyst- Financial Location: Minneapolis Downtown, MN - Day 1 onsite Contract Experience (Years): 10 & above Competencies: Business Analysis, Agile Way of Working Role Description: - Perform requirements stakeholder analysis to identify impacted or influencing groups and stakeholder requirements responsibilities Develop plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements, continuously improving the level of detail and accuracy of estimates Manage risks, assumptions and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties Define the business analysis approach including tasks and deliverables based on the project and delivery methodology Lead requirements prioritization and leverage techniques to drive out business priorities Facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review Apply advanced elicitation techniques to work with different types of stakeholder groups Analyze and document scope of the business solution using enterprise-standard requirements methodology Review, analyze and evaluate user needs to create systems solutions that support business strategies. Create system specifications that drive system development and implementation. Mining data from primary and secondary sources, analyzing and reorganizing data in a format that can be easily read.
