Job Title: Project Manager - ADM Location: El Segundo, CA(Onsite) Job Type: Long Term Contract Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and implementation of ADM-focused projects in the Alternative Investments space. Manage resources, timelines, budgets, and scope to meet project goals and deliverables. Engage with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and clients, ensuring alignment on project objectives, timelines, and progress. Provide regular status updates and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Identify project risks and challenges early and take proactive steps to mitigate them. Resolve issues as they arise, ensuring minimal impact on project progress and outcomes. Work with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, portfolio managers, and IT specialists, to ensure that ADM project deliverables are met according to defined quality standards. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and other project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and resource allocation documents. Oversee project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints. Coordinate resource allocation and ensure the right people with the right skills are working on the project. Ensure that all ADM projects adhere to the necessary industry standards, compliance regulations, and internal best practices. Oversee the integration of alternative data sources into investment management processes, ensuring data quality and alignment with portfolio management objectives. Evaluate the effectiveness of project management processes and propose improvements for future projects. Help optimize workflows and enhance team collaboration.
