Monitor and optimize data center performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues. Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades on data center systems to ensure optimal performance. Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect data integrity. Document processes, configurations, and changes to maintain accurate records of the data center environment. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for data center operations. Participate in capacity planning and resource allocation to meet business needs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Center Engineer or similar role. Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and networking. Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud computing. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
