Please share resume of your candidate for this below requirement at [email protected] Job Title- Sitecore lead Location- AGUADILLA TCS Contract positions: Sitecore Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level web solutions using Sitecore Experience Platform (XP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery of Sitecore-based digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of Sitecore CMS solutions. Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers working on Sitecore projects. Design scalable, robust, and secure Sitecore architectures. Oversee content management, personalization strategies, and the integration of third-party systems with Sitecore. Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to Sitecore development standards. Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support. Manage deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore solutions. Stay updated on the latest Sitecore versions, features, and industry best practices. Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in web development with 3+ years specifically in Sitecore. Proven experience as a Sitecore Developer/Lead on complex projects (Sitecore 9.x and above preferred). Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL Server. Experience with Sitecore Helix design principles and modular architecture. Hands-on experience with Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA) and Sitecore Headless (JSS) is a plus. Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is desirable. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Experience working in Agile methodologies.
