Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and other IT teams to gather and analyze requirements to customize Salesforce CPQ according to business needs. Implement pricing rules, product bundles, and quote templates in Salesforce CPQ. Create and modify CPQ workflows, validations, and approvals to ensure proper quoting processes. Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce modules, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and third-party systems. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Salesforce CPQ solutions. Stay up to date with Salesforce CPQ features and industry trends, and recommend improvements to enhance the CPQ system. Conduct testing of CPQ solutions, ensuring high-quality standards and troubleshooting any issues. Ensure adherence to coding best practices, version control, and deployment processes. Provide user training and documentation on CPQ processes and Salesforce functionality. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with Salesforce CPQ. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote implementation and customization. Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, data model, workflows, and security. Experience in developing complex CPQ workflows, pricing models, and quote templates. Familiarity with Salesforce integrations with third-party systems (REST, SOAP APIs). Expertise in creating and managing Salesforce CPQ rules, including Product Rules, Price Rules, and Discounting Rules. Knowledge of Salesforce Billing and Salesforce Subscription Management is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
