This hybrid role requires candidates to be in the office three days a week or more, depending on client requirements. Position Details: Title: Oracle Application DBA Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid) Duration: Long-term Contract The Client is Looking for local candidates (first priority to them) Required Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Database (DB), Oracle EBS, Fusion Middleware, and Exadata Hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS migrations, upgrades, security patch analysis, and OS upgrades Understanding of SRE principles, including scripting (Python/), automation, monitoring, OS, and network troubleshooting Familiarity with GitHub and open-source technologies is a plus Ability to research, communicate effectively, and take ownership of project deliverables Responsibilities: Work on infrastructure projects, including Oracle EBS migrations, upgrades, and security patching Implement SRE best practices to enhance system reliability and performance Troubleshoot OS and network issues while automating tasks through scripting Research and adapt to new middleware technologies to support project needs Would you be interested in discussing this opportunity further Let me know a convenient time to connect.
