We are #hiring Job Title: ETQ (QMS) Implementation Consultant Semiconductor Industry Location: Canada with ability to travel San Jose USA whenever required. If Candidate is in USA then need to be onsite. Job Type: Contract Duration: Minimum 6 months with possible extension Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled ETQ (Quality Management System) Implementation Consultant with expertise in the semiconductor industry (who sell to Automotive) to lead the deployment, customization, and integration of ETQ Reliance QMS. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition to ETQ, optimizing quality processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of ETQ QMS, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, workflows, and reporting needs. Design and configure ETQ modules such as Document Control, CAPA, Change Management, Supplier Quality, and Risk Management. Provide guidance on best practices for QMS in semiconductor manufacturing. Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, and regulatory requirements. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and administrators. Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting. Support data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities. Act as a liaison between IT, quality, engineering, and regulatory teams to optimize system performance. Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of experience in ETQ QMS implementation. Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory compliance in the semiconductor industry. Hands-on experience with ETQ configuration, scripting, and workflow automation. Familiarity with ERP, MES, PLM, or other enterprise systems integration. Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control requirements. Experience with SQL, APIs, and data migration tools is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ETQ certification or relevant QMS certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor) are preferred.
