Please review the requirements and let me know if you are interested in this position Project Manager - Care Case Management Hartford CT( Remote) Teams Meeting Interview Key Responsibilities:: Candidates must have experience managing application and data migration projects, specifically with experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, end-user communication, subject matter expert interaction, management, running meetings, testing and test preparation.
