Job Requirement : Mandatory to have ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification Required Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (at least one specialization) Essential Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations to meet business requirements Architect and implement complex solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Service Portal, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom scripting Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers while following ServiceNow best practices Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Good knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON, CSS and HTML Technical Skills: Advanced JavaScript and server-side scripting Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM,CMDB and Field Service management Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and customization Strong understanding of REST/SOAP web services and API integrations, MID Server Integration.
