Update and maintain C# testing frameworks. Work with YAML files to create and update test pipelines. Utilize Azure services for debugging and monitoring. Experience with CI/CD tools. Knowledge of Agile methodologies. Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, including functional, integration, system, and acceptance testing. Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Estimate testing efforts and allocate resources effectively. Identify potential test scenarios and edge cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Oversee the execution of test cases and track test progress. Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG). Preferred Proven experience as a Technical Test Lead. Communicate effectively with project managers, product owners, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders. Present test results and project status reports to key stakeholders. Promote and implement test automation frameworks and tools. Collaborate with development teams to ensure test automation is integrated into the CI/CD pipeline. Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with connectivity use cases in Telecom domain. Familiarity with testing the IoT platforms and end-to-end order fulfillment/management systems. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
