Job title : AWS Connect Engineer REMOTE Long term contract Experience : 9+ years Don't send developer profiles Job Duties : Hands-on implementation, configuration, and optimization of Amazon Connect services. Collaborate with the team members to build and deploy solutions according to the migration framework ( Chassis 2.0 ) Implementation & Configuration Amazon Connect Setup & Integration : Configure Amazon Connect instances, routing profiles, contact flows, queues, and skills. Contact Flow Development :Implement IVR logic, Lambda functions, and Amazon Lex integrations. User & Role Management : Set up agents, supervisors, and admin roles using IAM, SSO, or Cognito. Dialer & Outbound Campaigns : Implement predictive/progressive dialing, compliance rules, and ANI authentication. Omnichannel Support : Configure chat, email, and voice integration via Amazon Connect APIs. API & AWS Service Integrations AWS Lambda Development : Develop serverless functions for dynamic call routing, CRM lookups, and automation. CRM & Third-Party Integrations : Connect Amazon Connect with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Epic, or other member databases Data Storage & Compliance : Implement S3-based call recording, encryption policies, and retention rules. Amazon Connect Voice ID : Set up biometric authentication for security. Validations : Testing & Debugging : Perform functional testing, call flow debugging, and IVR validation. Latency & Reliability Optimization : Tune AWS Lambda, optimize call latency, and reduce IVR response times.
