POSITION Oracle Fusion - Financials Techno Functional LOCATION Parsippany, NJ (ideally 2 days a week on-site) LOCAL CANDIDATES DURATION 12+ months INTERVIEW TYPE Video VISA TYPE NO H1B REQUIRED SKILLS Oracle Financials Quote to Cash (QTC) Oracle Fusion Techno/Functional Analyst Receivables AND Advanced Collections MUST HAVES: Receivables AND Advanced Collections Some experience with Oracle Cloud / Fusion must also have strong EBS Set up, process configs, what AR is all about. Revenue coming in, Cash Apps, statements. Key areas within AR and Collections Also having technical experience - SQL, able to query, understanding tables in AR, work with integrations/interfaces. Outbound/Inbound form AR Bus processes/functionalities Able to write SQL for Queries, AR tables Required Experience Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Systems or Business required. Minimum of 5 years experience supporting or administering Finance and Accounting systems. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Highly experienced in QTC business transformation (including policy, process and systems) focused from finance perspective. Experience in Fusion Financials. Understanding of Quote-To-Cash general business operations and internal controls; ability to assess and provide input into impact of a business process / system change Experience with complex interfaces with EBS or Fusion Ability to troubleshoot and multi-task in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency. Superior problem solving skills - must be resourceful and creative with solutions. Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail. Knowledge of My Oracle Support and the service request process. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills. Ability to work independently under time constraints and on projects of varying lengths. Contribute individually with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Solid PC skills including knowledge of MS Office with a strong proficiency in Excel and Access and familiarity with other financial software applications.
