A Business Analyst who led a few people, and maybe now wants a Manager title. Need to have Oracle EBS Manufacturing Process and Production Scheduling experience Qualifications & Skills: Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success leading ERP initiatives within a manufacturing context, with a focus on Oracle EBS. Experience managing teams and projects to deliver measurable improvements in manufacturing performance. Oracle EBS Expertise: Deep understanding of Oracle EBS modules relevant to manufacturing, including: o Inventory: Manage and optimize Oracle in a manner that allows ___ to efficiently plan raw materials and finished goods inventory. o Costing: Ensure that Oracle is configured in a manner that allows for costing visibility in a defined structure that allows for efficient analysis. o Quality: Manage quality control processes, track non-conformances, and support corrective and preventive actions. o Planning: Optimize production schedules, manage work orders, and ensure efficient resource allocation. o Bills of Material (BOM): Maintain accurate product structures and support engineering change management. o Work in Process (WIP): Track and manage production orders, material consumption, and labor costs. Manufacturing Acumen: Strong grasp of manufacturing operations, including production planning, inventory management, cost control, and quality assurance. Ability to translate business needs into effective ERP solutions. Change Management: Experience leading change initiatives related to ERP configurations, customizations or updates. Ability to manage and mitigate resistance to change and ensure user adoption. Strong track record of eliminating tasks with automation. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex manufacturing challenges, identify root causes, and develop innovative ERP solutions. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with IT, finance, and other stakeholders. Certifications: Oracle EBS certifications are highly desirable. APICS or other relevant manufacturing certifications are a plus Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems, Engineering, or Business.
