Job Title: Desk Operation Support Job Location: Alameda, CA - Onsite(Local Preferred) Duration: Long term contract Visa preference: USC , GC only Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other collaboration tools . Assist users with leveraging Digital workplace tools for collaboration, content management, and general productivity. Monitor and respond to support tickets, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Conduct office hours and create user guides to help employees maximize their use of digital workplace tools. Collaborate with IT and other departments to identify and resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance. Partner with the IT helpdesk and gather feedback and suggestions for improving user experience and operational efficiency. Assist in the implementation and rollout of new digital workplace tools and technologies within the organization. Skills Experienced in IT service management (ITSM) tools and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
