Certifications : ISTQB Agile Tester Certification is preferred Job Summary The Senior Test Lead at HCL is responsible for leading and managing the testing activities within projects, utilizing agile methodology and selenium tools. The role involves ensuring the quality of deliverables, designing test strategies, and collaborating with cross functional teams to drive testing processes efficiently. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead and coordinate testing efforts throughout the software development lifecycle 2. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts using selenium tools 3. Implement agile testing methodologies to ensure timely and high-quality product releases 4. Identify and report software defects, track and manage defect resolution processes 5. Collaborate with development teams to facilitate continuous integration and continuous testing 6. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testing team members 7. Conduct test analysis, performance testing, and regression testing as required 8. Communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders and project managers Skill Requirements 1. Proficient in agile methodologies and practices 2. Strong hands-on experience with selenium automation testing tools 3. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment 6.
