Please Send Me Resume -- [email protected] Job title: IT Delivery Manager Location: Onsite, Jacksonville, FL Technical Skills Must have experience with agile methodologies, preferably SAFe Ideal candidate has experience with leading Product teams Ideal candidate has experience in mixed methodology or transitional (waterfall-to-agile) environments. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO for Supply Chain is ideal but not required. Ability to move between high-level architectural review/design and the roll up the sleeves level of doing all phases of an application delivery project or product teams Experience with or leading Azure related technologies. Must have hands on proven experience with vehicle processing centers and delivery of vehicles to dealers. Use critical thinking skills and work towards root cause identification and issue resolution. Must have good database and integration technology experience. They should be able to guide the team in identifying and implementing the appropriate integration patterns. Project management and financial management are nice to have. Other Qualifications BS/BA/MBA Degree Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills Experience in forming and leading virtual teams and collaborating across large, matrix organizations Proven record of delivering business value from IT Ability to provide a trusted voice at the decision-making table Fast learner/self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic Effective listening, communication and great analysis skills Ability to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities Must be able to adapt to change and possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
