This role requires hands-on experience with cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and onshore-offshore coordination. Position Details: Title: Kafka Admin Support Lead Location: Remote (Preferably Katy, TX) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Experience Required: 10+ years Required Skills: Kafka Development & Administration (Confluent Kafka) Java, Microservices, Spring Boot Cloud platform experience Strong troubleshooting and application support skills Familiarity with message queues or service bus technologies Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk and ticketing tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow Key Responsibilities: Design and implement integration solutions using Kafka. Develop and maintain microservices integrated with Kafka. Administer and optimize Kafka clusters for scalability and performance. Provide application support, troubleshooting, and monitoring. Coordinate onshore-offshore teams for seamless project execution. Migrate existing integrations to Kafka and design new solutions. Represent the team in key stakeholder meetings.
