Product Manager (client is doing transformation from oracle to SAP fusion) Location: Frisco TX/Bellevue WA/Atlanta GA (100% onsite) Seeking Product Manager for one of its key large engagements and having Oracle Fusion & SCM expertise. The position will primarily be responsible for owning the complete Product & implementing& Transformation of SCM business process in Oracle Fusion as well as other satellite applications. The selected candidate be able to provide best practice guidance on SCM process and implementation approaches. The candidate should possess sound knowledge on business processes across Supply Chain domain, interact with customer process consultants and business SME & Senior leadership to understand and analyze various processes & roadmap. Your role As a Product Manager, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution & manage Product roadmap, Vision & Strategy in liase with client. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Required Qualifications: Candidate must be located at either of the 3 client locations which are Frisco TX, Atlanta or Bellevue or be willing to relocate to one of these areas. This position may require travel in the US. Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree 12+ Years of experience as Product Manager Strong Product managers experience with Product Life cycle expertise starting from Product inception strategy, Product Vision, Roadmap and helping bridge gap between Business & IT. Working with Business to define the Product Roadmap., workout on cost optimization and shortening the delivery timelines. Excellent knowledge of the end-to-end SCM processes and workstreams Experience of working in Complex Programs involving Multi-Vendor & BIG ERP/Business Transformation Projects. Experience in Business strategy & assessment, design, implementation, and deployment of Oracle SCM Fusion. (on any or multiple modules in SCM like Procurements/Inventory/WMS etc.) Program Solution Advisory to project team members such as project managers, business system analysts and cross-functional partners. Articular the challenges and learnings from the BIG ERP/complex Business Transformation Projects Personal Besides the professional qualifications of the candidate, we place great importance in addition to various forms of personality profile.
