Looking for Sr. Project Manager with ERP implementation background specifically Plex Systems experience preferred. Automotive industry experience preferred, but would settle for manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end ERP assessment and selection process, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Requirements gathering and willing to be hands on in other BSA tasks. Ensure the project stays on track and within scope by regularly reviewing progress and adjusting plans as necessary. Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to define project goals and objectives. Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding. Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of the new ERP system. Build and lead a cross-functional project team, including internal staff and external consultants. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment. Work with functional leaders to understand business processes and requirements. Oversee the customization and configuration of the ERP system to meet business needs. Ensure data migration and system integration are completed accurately and efficiently. Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure the system functions correctly and meets user requirements. Identify and resolve any issues or bugs in a timely manner. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure end-users are proficient in using the new ERP system. Qualifications: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in ERP implementation and management Minimum 5yrs of ERP vendor assessment and selection. Preferred experience in the manufacturing industry. Proven experience leading large-scale ERP projects from inception to completion. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations. Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar. Knowledge of system integration, data migration, and customization. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, ERP-specific certifications) is preferred Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
