Cross functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Technology, Finance, and Operations teams to drive successful project execution. Project Planning & Tracking: Develop and maintain project plans, tracking key milestone dates. Identify and manage project risks, issues, action items, and deliverables. Ensure operational readiness by addressing key business risks. Communication & Reporting: Provide clear, concise, and effective communication across the program team and with senior management. Develop project decks and presentations for leadership, articulating project status, risks, and key issues. Analyze key project data, distilling and packaging insights to facilitate data driven decisions. Process Improvement & Risk Management: Proactively identify obstacles and collaborate with the team to uncover solutions. Drive continuous process enhancements, streamlining workflows for efficiency and control improvements. Identify opportunities to automate or optimize processes to enhance project execution. Compliance & Documentation: Collect and store all required compliance artifacts throughout the project lifecycle. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field. Strong experience in project management across cross functional teams. Excellent interpersonal skills, including clear communication, influence management, and negotiation. Ability to analyze data, synthesize key insights, and present to senior stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in risk management, compliance, and operational readiness. Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar). Nice To Have: Project Management Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or Agile certifications). Experience in financial project management or managing projects within a technology driven environment. Familiarity with automation tools to streamline project workflows.
