Must Have Local to Michigan MI Local : Programmer Analyst - (.NET/C# Developer) Location: Lansing, MI 48933 Visa: No H1B , OPT MOI: Skype State of Michigan Top Skills & Years of Experience: 5+ years of .NET CORE 3.1 or higher (6.0 preferred) and C# experience. 5+ years of experience developing with REST web service interfaces. 5+ years of experience with SQL including writing and maintaining complex Select/Insert/Update statements. 5+ years of experience with Agile / SCRUM processes and working in Sprint Development team. 5+ years of experience working with GIT code repository software. 5+ years of experience developing unit and regression tests. 3+ years of experience with developing code to allow users to upload documents from a website. Interview Process: Virtual Interview via MS Teams video. Please use laptop and be prepared so share screen if asked. Use of headphones is strongly discouraged. A screenshot photo of candidate will be required for any Teams interviews as well as a vendor present at beginning of interview to validate candidate. Duration: 1 year with possible extension. Remote or On-site: Candidates MUST be local at time of submission. Hiring manager is not currently interested in candidates who will need to relocate to accept offer. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Position will be hybrid schedule requiring onsite presence 2 days a week. The resource will act in a developer and analyst role for the Adoption Records Information Management System (ARIMS) web application. The resource will work in an agile environment to write and test code to implement the user stories and requirements. The application will be written with .NET CORE 8 using REST web services.
