Role: IT Project Manager, Senior Location: 100% Remote Assignment Type: Contract 6 months Contract Need Ex-Freddie Mac Schedule: Standard (M-F 8-5) Must Haves: SDLC Waterfall expertise. Have had candidates at Freddie that come in with only Agile and are not as strong. Waterfall guru would be a strong candidate Experienced Product Owner Ability to query, understand SDLC, adapt and understand architecture frameworks SQL Strong communication, note taking/ability to work with a team and escalating as needed Day to Day: Will work in the Enterprise Technology division, supporting either Cyber or Identity Access team depending on candidate strengths Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage projects using the SDLC Waterfall methodology. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met. Query and understand SDLC processes and adapt to various architecture frameworks. Utilize SQL for data analysis and reporting. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Take detailed notes and escalate issues as needed to ensure project success. Preferred Qualifications: Security experience, particularly in Identity and Access Management (IAM). PMP certification or relevant certification. Experience working with Agile methodologies is a plus but not required. Previous experience in a similar role at Freddie or a similar organization is highly desirable. Qualifications: Strong understanding of architecture frameworks and the ability to adapt to different environments. Proficiency in SQL for querying and data analysis. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Strong note-taking skills and the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
