The ideal candidate will have expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Salesforce APIs, and integration patterns. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining best practices for performance and security. Responsibilities: 1. Development & Customization Develop and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and Flow. Implement themes, branding, and navigation for Experience Cloud. Automate workflows using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules. Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (Mulesoft, Boomi, etc.), and Salesforce Connect. 2. Stakeholder & Team Collaboration Work with business analysts, designers, and project managers to gather and implement requirements. Provide technical leadership to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices. Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators to optimize security and performance. 3. Testing & Deployment Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments using Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or GitHub. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support. Ensure platform scalability, performance, and data integrity. 4. Support & Continuous Improvement Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot issues. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) 3+ years of hands-on experience Strong development experience with Apex, LWC, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Proficiency in Salesforce APIs & Integrations REST/SOAP, OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO) Hands-on experience with Declarative Customizations Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules Experience with CI/CD & DevOps tools Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, GitHub (any 2 required) Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology Preferred Skills & Experience: Salesforce Clouds: Experience with Sales, Service Cloud Familiarity with Mulesoft, Boomi, or other middleware for integrations Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory): Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant Salesforce Certified Platform Developer Thanks & Regards, Raj Kumar Priyadarshi || Sr. Technical Recruiter | Excelon Solutions Pvt.
