As a Senior Product Designer for Deal & Debt Experience, you will be responsible for designing and delivering meaningful and impactful experiences for our customers in their work to research, analyze, and derive insights from our extensive private, credit, and public market deal data. You will play a critical role in creating exceptional products for private equity investment professionals, empowering them to synthesize financial data, research, and insights to inform their investment strategies and achieve better outcomes. You will partner with product management, product design, and engineering team members on active and planned product releases for expanding our deal and debt transaction data and enhancing features for data discovery and analysis workflows. With your expertise in all aspects of user-centered design, you will contribute to assessing and prioritizing user needs and critical workflows to develop concepts and intuitive, detailed designs, ensuring customer success and fulfillment of product strategies and objectives. As a senior consultant, you are expected to jump into in-flight releases, collaborate with teammates to rapidly understand existing strategies, release-level requirements, and target outcomes, and execute active design delivery in an agile delivery model. You will also partner closely with product management on upcoming releases, conducting research and analysis to inform requirements and priorities and engage key stakeholders to align with product and business objectives. You will collaborate with other designers and product teams to ensure your work contributes to a cohesive overall customer user experience.
