The candidate will integrate FinOps practices to optimize cloud costs while driving automation and infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform and Terragrunt. Key Responsibilities: Cloud Infrastructure Management: Deploy, automate, and manage AWS cloud environments ensuring reliability, scalability, and security. Cost Optimization: Implement FinOps best practices using AWS tools like Cost Explorer, Budgets, and Savings Plans to monitor and reduce cloud expenditures. Automation: Develop automated workflows for infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Terragrunt, and AWS Lambda. CI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless application deployment. Tagging & Governance: Enforce tagging policies for accurate cost allocation and accountability. Monitoring & Reporting: Create dashboards to track cloud usage, costs, and performance metrics for stakeholders. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (finance, engineering, and operations) to align technical solutions with business goals. Capacity Planning: Optimize resource utilization by right-sizing instances and managing reserved instances. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda). Strong expertise in Python programming for automation. Hands-on experience with Terraform and Terragrunt for IaC.
