Job Title/Req No - VDH Systems Analyst 3 Interview Type - Both Webcam and In-Person Interview Work Arrangement - Hybrid Vis a Independent consultants only Full Job Description - This position will work closely with the EHR team and different application teams to analyze, design, and help implement assigned modifications in the different applications that will connect with the EHR system. Contract Duration Requested: 6 months to 1 year Work Arrangements: Position will be hybrid. mainly remote with the ability to be in the office for schedule meetings and other events. Key Responsibilities Requirements gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with different stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements, translate them into workflows, functional and technical specifications Work hand in hand with the technical lead for Interfaces group and other groups as needed. Support migration efforts and propose new workflows as needed for several parts of the internal applications. Assisting the design and configuration of different parts of the EHR ensuring it aligns with technical and user requirements. Documentation The systems analyst will be required to maintain a comprehensive documentation of the workflows and processes that were created and implemented as a result of the EHR System. Process improvement: Analyze different systems performance and interfaces to identify opportunities for improvement and work with the respective teams to implement it. Analyze and proposed solutions for different components of the interface application Develop and/or work with developers for assigned components and modifications in different OIM Applications Support testing efforts on different areas of the EHR The position will require knowledge and skills associated with software development and maintenance projects in general. Required Experience and Skill Set: Professional experience working with Web based applications using Oracle as a backend is required. In depth knowledge of Oracle 11g/12c/18c/19cDatabase, SQL, PL/SQL programming, Web Services development and JavaScript and/or jQuery is required. Experience in APEX, JAVA, HTML is highly desirable .Strong background and work experience in developing true web applications is necessary. Knowledge in software development and installation, change management and testing. Strong designing, development and troubleshooting skills required. Good oral and written communication skills are required. Ability to work on multiple projects/issues simultaneously. Must have the ability to assess the impact of software upgrades and other environment changes. Five or more years of work experience is required in Oracle 11g/12c/19c Database, SQL, PL/SQL programming, Java and Web Services. Experience in conducting feasibility studies; analyzing new requirements; preparing functional and system specifications for application programmers; developing data models and system designs; developing complex program codes; testing application and evaluating results for accuracy, timelines and integrative features; preparing documentation; implementing and supporting data processing systems is required.
