Job Title: Sr. Program Manager Location: 1030 Delta Boulevard Atlanta, GA 30354 & Minneapolis, MN (hybrid) Duration: 12+ Contract with possible extension/conversion Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Program Manager to oversee and manage testing efforts, assess and drive plans to improve test environment management, automation, and data across Client's to enhance Lead Time to Change. The ideal candidate will bring testing expertise and thought leadership to improve quality at Client. Candidate Needs to Have: Proven experience in program management, quality assurance, and testing coordination. Expertise in Test Automation and AWS. Strong thought leadership to analyze program effectiveness and identify improvement areas. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills. Job Responsibility: Testing & Automation Improvement: Assess opportunities to remove testing challenges and increase automation to improve Lead Time to Change. Establish a structured plan to articulate opportunities, owners, and delivery timelines to drive Deltas testing improvement plan. Partner with Domains, internal automation, environment, and data teams to implement the plan effectively. Environment & Data Management: Triage environment issues, delegate to appropriate owners, and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Oversee data collection and maintenance for statistical analysis and reporting. Ensure efficient test environment management to support streamlined testing processes. Program Execution & Quality Assurance: Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to ensure program success. Oversee end-to-end testing by establishing test plans, scopes of work, and dependency traceability. Ensure adherence to quality standards through audits, reviews, and validations. Contribute to enhancing testing standards and best practices. Project & Risk Management: Formulate, organize, and monitor interconnected projects to assess performance, ROI, deadlines, and budgets. Plan program delivery in alignment with organizational mission and goals. Manage progress status, escalate risks, and coordinate defect resolution. Conduct daily defect calls to expedite issue resolution when necessary. Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting: Develop and manage budgets and operational plans to support program execution. Coordinate services across different program activities for efficiency and optimization.
