The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to enhance our educational institution's operations. This role requires strong technical skills, a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to implement scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Education Cloud and OmniStudio. Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and declarative tools. Leverage OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures, to enhance user experiences and streamline processes. Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using APIs and middleware. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and implement best practices. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards and organizational policies. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and leverage new features to improve system performance. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, process flows, and coding standards. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administrators. Qualifications & Skills: 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Education Cloud and its data model. Proficiency in OmniStudio (Vlocity), including OmniScripts, FlexCards, and DataRaptors. Strong experience in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and API integrations. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; OmniStudio Developer and Education Cloud Consultant certifications are a plus. Understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and role hierarchy. Experience working with Salesforce Flow, validation rules, and declarative automation. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders and end users.
