You will leverage your expertise in data quality and both HCM systems to validate data throughout the conversion process meticulously. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the HCM data migration team to understand the data conversion process and mapping strategies. Analyse and validate employee data, payroll information, and other critical records extracted from the PeopleSoft HCM system. Identify potential inconsistencies, missing values, data integrity errors, and compliance issues during the conversion process. Develop and execute data cleansing strategies to address identified issues, ensuring data accuracy and completeness before loading into Oracle HCM. Utilise data validation tools and techniques to verify data quality throughout the conversion process, focusing on areas like employee demographics, compensation data, and benefits information. Partner with HR personnel, payroll specialists, and subject matter experts to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data aligns with business requirements and regulatory compliance. Document data validation procedures, findings, and resolutions for future reference and improvement. Collaborate with the testing team to ensure the migrated HCM data functions correctly within Oracle HCM. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of data quality principles and best practices within the HCM domain. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) and data validation techniques specific to HCM data. Working knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM data structures, reporting capabilities, and security protocols. Familiarity with Oracle HCM data models, validation tools, and user access controls is a plus. Understanding relevant HR and payroll regulations is beneficial. Qualifications: Undergraduate degree.
