Location: Irvine, California | Remote/Hybrid Work Process Design & Optimization: Support the end-to-end OTC process design, including RASCI/RACI matrices and risk controls, ensuring compliance with group policies and local regulations. Data & Systems Support: Assist with data migration, master data validation, and workflow alignment involving Workday Financials and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus). Project & Operations Analysis: Oversee OTC project deliverables, coordinate development across regions, and ensure key operational reports (Aged Debt, Credit Risk, Cash Forecasting) are delivered. Testing & Implementation: Create UAT scenarios, participate in Workday configuration testing, and provide hyper-care support during go-live phases. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, supporting training delivery and contributing to impact assessments for new and existing markets.
