Collaborate with SAP HR Business Partners for implementation and troubleshooting. Deliver solutions for Talent Management, Recruiting, Performance, and Succession. Develop enhancements for Payroll, Personnel Administration, and Time Management. Experience with SuccessFactors implementation and SAP HCM modules. Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle, payroll, and benefits. Create and enhance infotypes, logical database info types, and interfaces. Liaise with business stakeholders to resolve SAP HCM issues. Excellent communication and decision-making skills. Experience: 6-8 years in SAP HCM, including at least 1-2 full life cycle implementations.
