Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a manufacturing environment. Implement shutdown recovery plans to minimize downtime. Configure and set up new computers with necessary tools and software. Provide IT support, including OS updates, software installations, password resets, and network connectivity. Develop and maintain the Fabs frontend website, ensuring up-to-date content. Use VB scripting to automate data updates between Excel and the company website. Troubleshoot SQL scripts related to Oracle DB and OSFM systems. Resolve Oracle DB connection issues with Google Sheets for data synchronization. Maintain documentation for lab PC inventory, cron jobs, and data collection processes. Experience: 6-8 years in system administration, networking, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure.
