MUST HAVES: Experience in O9 Technology as an Implementation specialist Experience in performance tuning and job scheduling Expertise in SSIS, IBPL, Dimensions, Functions, Measures and various type of O9 functional objects (Action Buttons/ Plug-in / Graphs / Other reports / etc.) Exposure in customizing the dimensions for the specific business requirement. Minimum one implementation experience of O9 Supply planning solution / IBP Exposure in Supply Chain Management, Demand Forecasting, Supply Forecasting and Planning solutions Strong problem-solving skill Accuracy and timeliness of delivering solutions using coding standards and practices Good written and oral communication skills. PLUS: Exposure to both B2C and B2B solutions and its SCM models Exposure to Supply Chain and Forecasting modelling. Python Coding D2D: The ideal candidate will be able to leverage in-depth O9 Functional Implementation knowledge to assess the business requirements and provide O9 functional solutions for the same. Perform effort estimation, mock-up solutions and present to customer, upon confirmation implement the same to existing O9 implementation. Work with other engineers to translate designs into actionable technical requirements and ultimately clean, functional code. Curiosity and a customer-focused mindset are encouraged as many features will be piloted in real-world use cases. You will: Collaborate with product owners, engineering peers, and UX designers to deliver high value business and technology initiatives Contribute to improving existing functionality and enhancing our end-user experience. Work on the implementation ticket assigned. Prepare Design and solution proposal for the requirement and present the solution to business team Implement the approved solutions and demo to product and business users Support Product team to conduct user training Verify and fine tune the job scheduling Evaluate and perform the tuning for the long running functions Conduct training and knowledge transfer to Junior technical and functional members Monitor, troubleshoot, identify, and support resolution of production issues Work closely with o9 customer success team on issues, code promotions to different tenants and production releases.
