Need candidate who is strong in SQL Scripting Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and experience implementing them in diverse environments. Proficiency in SQL and the ability to understand and communicate technical aspects of software development. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, guiding them in the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure they are productive and focused. Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment on user stories and acceptance criteria. Support the development teams in understanding and implementing Agile principles while fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Utilize SQL and technical knowledge to assist teams in understanding technical requirements and data-related challenges. Remove impediments and address challenges that may hinder the teams progress, ensuring a smooth flow of work. Track and report on team performance metrics, including velocity, sprint burn-down, and other relevant KPIs. Mentor and coach team members and stakeholders on Agile practices, promoting a culture of accountability and ownership. Work closely with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to coordinate inter-team dependencies and foster collaboration. Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar). Familiarity with DevOps practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes. Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience working in technical roles (e.g., development, QA).
