The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP MDG, data modeling, business process design, and integration with SAP S/4HANA and other systems. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP MDG solutions to ensure data consistency, compliance, and governance across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of SAP MDG solutions for Material, Customer, Vendor, Finance, and Custom Data Domains. Architect and configure SAP MDG (Central Governance, Consolidation, and Mass Processing) to align with business needs. Develop data models, UI configurations, business rules, workflows, and BRF+ validations in SAP MDG. Collaborate with business and IT teams to define MDG governance processes, data quality rules, and approval workflows. Provide technical leadership in integrating SAP MDG with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party systems using SAP BTP, SLT, ALE, IDOCs, and APIs. Ensure compliance with data security, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements. Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for users and technical teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in SAP, with 5+ years in SAP MDG implementation and architecture. MDG data modeling, rule-based workflows, FPM UI modeling, and BRF+. Hands-on experience with SAP MDG Central Governance and Consolidation. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data structures, integration methodologies, and migration tools. Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, CDS Views, OData Services, and ABAP development is a plus. Experience with AI/ML-driven data governance and data quality tools.
