From: Manish Kumar, Scalable [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: SAP SCM (Supply Chain Manufacturing) Functional consultant Location: Portland, OR (Onsite) Job Type: Contract Role Description: Key Responsibilities: Perform design and configuration in SAP APO and SAP ECC Systems for the Service Parts Planning module, including Demand Capture & Management, Forecasting, and Inventory Planning. Provide business process expertise for the design and implementation of SAP APO service parts planning processes. Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects application design, lifecycle, and any configuration changes made. Assist technical teams with data conversion, interfaces, enhancements, and reporting. Analyze, design, and develop unit solutions using non-SAP tools that integrate with SAP for the support of SCM-SPP, SD, and MM lifecycles. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders for integration points between SAP modules like EWM and SPP. Support integration of SAP ECC-APO (SPP) with various cross-functional modules, including MM, WM, SD, FICO, and SAP PI/PO. Competencies: SCM Supply Chain Management SAP Service Parts Planning (SPP) SAP APO (Advanced Planning & Optimization) Essential Skills: 10+ years of experience in implementing SAP supply chain process solutions for customers in SAP APO and SAP ECC. Expertise in SAP Service Parts Planning (SPP), SAP Production Planning (PP), SAP APO PPDS, SAP APO GATP, APO DP, SNP, SAP QM. Strong background in implementations, production support, and rollouts with exposure to global work environments. Experience in handling onsite and offshore teams and client engagements. Proven leadership experience in leading and managing teams. Extensive knowledge of Discrete, Process Industries, and Repetitive Manufacturing processes in SAP PP. Expertise in SAP configurations, Master Data Setup, MRP, Production Order Processing, Process Order Processing, and Goods Movements. Deep understanding of SAP Core Interfaces, Advanced Planning (PPDS), Master Data PDS, and Transportation Lane. Hands-on experience with SAP APO Demand Capture and Management, forecasting, inventory planning, supply planning distribution, deployment methodologies (Push/Pull), and Global Available-to-Promise (GATP)/Capable to Promise. Experience in SAP planning strategies like Make Order, Make to Stock, and KIT to-stock planning. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in cross-functional modules such as MM, WM, SD, FICO, and SAP PI/PO. Expertise in SPP planning, forecasting, plan orders, procurement, DRP, and deployment modules. Desirable Skills: Experience with cross-module integrations, particularly Production Planning (PP). Familiarity with SAP eSPP. Understanding of ECC and EWM integrations. Experience working within the Manufacturing Industry, especially with Automotive OEMs. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). SAP certification in related modules is preferred.
