The candidate should be experienced in providing functional support, solution design, and process optimization for enterprise asset management within Oracle EBS. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fixed Assets R12. Work closely with business users to understand requirements and implement best practices. Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and solution recommendations for Fixed Assets. Configure Fixed Assets depreciation, tax books, asset tracking, reclassification, and asset transfers. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integrations with other Oracle modules (GL, AP, Projects). Provide expert-level guidance on Fixed Assets reporting, compliance, and period-close processes. Assist in testing, training, and post-go-live support. Troubleshoot functional issues and optimize system performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Fixed Assets R12 Functional Consultant. Strong hands-on experience in configuring and managing Fixed Assets depreciation, asset tracking, and period close. Expertise in integrating FA with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Project Accounting. Experience in multi-book accounting, tax depreciation rules, and IFRS compliance. Ability to define and document functional specifications for customizations and extensions. Strong knowledge of Oracle AIM/OUM methodology.
