Design, develop, and document process flows, and perform gap analysis for identifying areas of improvement. Provide functional specifications for customizations to meet business needs. Troubleshoot functional issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve bugs, improve system performance, and enhance functionality. Support the implementation and maintenance of GTM applications to ensure optimal functionality and alignment with business processes. Competencies: Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) Essential Skills: In-depth knowledge of Oracle GTM modules. Strong expertise in GTM modules such as: Trade Compliance Management & Screening Processes License Management Declaration Custom Processes Trade Agreements Ability to translate business needs into actionable functional requirements for Oracle GTM applications. Excellent understanding of the Trade Compliance lifecycle and regulations. Experience with troubleshooting and resolving functional issues within GTM applications. Desirable Skills: Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, SQL, and BI Publisher XML. Experience with OTM (Oracle Transportation Management).
